Requirements:
Following are the requirements to apply for Store incharge positions in Sharjah;
Qualifications: At least a high school graduation degree with related certification
Experience: Having 2 to 5 years of working experience in materials management and distribution
Languages: Arabic & English
Responsibilities:
The applicants perform the duties below;
Responsible for overseeing daily operations within the store
Also, making sure that all operations are run smoothly and effectively
Possessing expertise to work in Material Management & Distribution industry
Creating business strategies and developing promotional material
Good communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills are required
Give training to newly recruited staff and motivated sales team
Plan and directs the day-to-day operations of the store
To improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase the product listing process
Moreover, maintaining statistical and financial records of the store
Assist workers i.e sales representatives and retail store clerks
